DC Service Delivery Manager

As DC Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, overseeing end-to-end GPU managed services delivery and governance. This is a contract position with exciting opportunities for career growth in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team of engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You'll need to be proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack, and have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end GPU managed services delivery and governance
• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution
• Monitor service performance and implement improvements to meet client expectations
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams to address technical issues
• Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide training and support to client teams on GPU services
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
• Strong understanding of GPU technology and cloud computing
• Proven experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Certification in ITIL or similar governance frameworks is a plus
