📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and accounted for.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.,Work efficiently to meet production targets and ensure timely food service.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and promptly report any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Possession of a relevant cooking certificate or diploma is preferred.
