📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze financial statements, notes to financial statements, and other disclosures to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, including FRS.
• Draft and finalize corporate disclosures, including financial statements, notes, and other regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that NightOwl Convenience's disclosures are up-to-date and compliant.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial reporting and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial disclosures and regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including FRS.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
