📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Ensure all linens, towels, and bedding are properly laundered and replaced
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues
- Stock and maintain supplies for the housekeeping department
- Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in cleaning standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid ID and ability to pass background checks
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools
