You’ll work closely with our IT consultants, developers, and project managers to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable insights.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating IT documentation, developing training materials, and facilitating workshops. You’ll also work with our marketing team to develop IT content for our website and social media channels. With your strong communication skills and technical background, you’ll help us build a strong brand reputation and drive client engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain IT documentation, including manuals, guides, and whitepapers.
• Develop training materials, including slides, videos, and interactive content.
• Facilitate IT workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical information is communicated effectively.
• Work with the marketing team to develop IT content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
• Translate technical jargon into clear, concise, and engaging language for various audiences.
• Support IT project managers in developing project proposals and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and valuable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT communication, technical writing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in IT documentation tools, such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
• Experience with training and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in technical writing or IT communication is a plus.
