📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Assist in the design and implementation of training materials.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training requirements.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide support to senior training officers as needed.,Assist in the planning and execution of training events.,Ensure compliance with company training policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about learning and development.
