Rejeki Intan Health Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Operator to join our team. As a Lead Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all products are accurately stocked, organized, and presented to customers. This role is crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor junior store operators on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor sales performance and report to management on a regular basis.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
