📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of the organization and identify the required skills and qualifications for each role.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
