📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing menus.,Oversee the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure optimal usage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
