Mitra Kiara Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement process aligns with our company's goals. You will work closely with various departments to source and procure high-quality goods and services, while also driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet the company's business objectives.,Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms and pricing.,Source and procure goods and services from both local and international suppliers.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain operations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws, regulations, and customs is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
