Sentral Bimo Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, identifying and attracting top talent, and building a strong pipeline of candidates for our organization.

Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Build and maintain relationships with key hiring partners and recruiters.Analyze and report on hiring metrics and trends to inform decision-making.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the right candidates are being considered.Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by actively seeking out and hiring candidates from underrepresented groups.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Mentor and develop junior talent acquisition professionals within the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in using talent acquisition software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.🛠️ Keahlian
