📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property owners, and local authorities.,Negotiate and finalize leases, purchase agreements, and other contractual documents.,Oversee the due diligence process for potential properties, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio.,Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sourcing activities and progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
