📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including Fanuc and Siemens controllers, to produce high-precision components.
• Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CNC machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of CNC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Technician or in a related role.
• Proven experience with CNC machines, including Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
