Resto Elsa Store is looking for a dedicated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.,Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
