The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
