📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs,Support in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts,Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HR management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages,Passionate about HR and committed to the company's mission and values
