Hokian Citra Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Parepare. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Monitor fuel costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Handle vehicle documentation and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are up to date.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and safety.,Participate in fleet performance reviews and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and fleet management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
