📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure cost-effective and feasible construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address cost-related issues and propose solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, construction materials, and labor costs to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit bid documents, including cost proposals, to potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Residential Construction Estimator, with a strong background in residential construction projects.
• Proficient in using construction estimation software such as EstimateOne, CostX, or similar.
• Certification in Construction Estimating (e.g., CCE, RCEP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
