📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with organizational objectives.,Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
