In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, analysis, and construction of various structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and analysis of structural projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of structural engineers and support staff in the execution of structural projects.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure the quality and safety of construction.,Prepare detailed project reports, including structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity and functionality of projects.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and support staff.,Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects within budget and scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and construction.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the region.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Valid professional engineering license or certification in Indonesia.
