📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and implement training curricula that align with organizational goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into performance management processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
