📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of mall staff, including leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance personnel.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the mall's tenant mix and overall performance.,Monitor and optimize the mall's financial performance, including lease renewals and new leasing opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.,Foster strong relationships with mall tenants and stakeholders to drive mutual success.,Implement and manage marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain the mall's physical condition and security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail property management, preferably in a mall setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing retail properties.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.
