📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the preparation and verification of product returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of returns according to company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate the return of products to suppliers or customers.
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives, customers, and suppliers to resolve returns issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in returns processing, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
