📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and community organizations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.,Oversee the marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain patients.,Manage and control clinic expenses to ensure financial efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.,Experience in marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
