PT Sejahtera Optima is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
