📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the rubber industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the rubber industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
