📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the engineering team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering processes.
  • Report on the performance of the engineering team and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations.
  • Ensure that all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of managing engineering projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools.
