📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for store staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
