🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management roles.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Experience in employee relations and performance management.,Understanding of company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
