📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping using QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless client interactions and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in financial management and client relations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's overall growth.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on financial processes and client service best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or client service roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in financial management or client service is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
