Bebang HaloHalo is seeking a dynamic Demand/Material Planner to join our team in beautiful Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring that materials are available when and where they are needed.

As a Demand/Material Planner, you will work closely with our procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure that we have the right materials in the right quantities at the right time. You will use tools like SAP, JDA, or similar supply chain management systems to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Forecast demand for raw materials and finished goods using historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Monitor material flow and identify bottlenecks in the supply chain.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs.
Analyze supply chain performance using data analytics tools and report findings to management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or material management.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with food and beverage supply chain processes is a plus.
Certification in supply chain management or related fields is a plus.
