📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to prevent potential hazards or disruptions.
• Work closely with the team of electricians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid certification in electrical safety and maintenance (e.g., NECA, NETA, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with electrical maintenance software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
