As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Using our in-house Property Management System (PMS), you'll manage reservations, process payments, and coordinate with our housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure seamless service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our PMS
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
• Monitor and report front desk activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist with event planning and coordination when needed
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk reception or related roles in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of English is required, Indonesian is a plus
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid ID and clean criminal record
