📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of high-quality learning experiences using industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective training programs.
• Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations.
• Ensure learning solutions align with TTEC's business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to inform the continuous improvement of training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into learning experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers and multimedia specialists.
• Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to integrate learning solutions into the company's overall performance management framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning experience design, with a proven track record of creating high-impact training programs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and multimedia specialists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or similar) is a plus.
