📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the production process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
